Maldonado is a metaphor, to turn something you don’t like into something you love. Thanks to thinking, we can transform things into something new, they can take on a new form, a new meaning. Same with art. With design you can change aesthetics and perception. Design is transformative and with good design you have the tools to transform things.

It is all about doing the best you can with what is innate to you, with what is authentic. Face the situation with what you have, with what is yours. Value what is genuine to you. This is reflected in our naming, since there is nothing more timeless and more genuine than your own surname. Maldonado Studio was born at that moment, at the moment of facing a situation and doing it as well as you can with the resources you have.

JUDIT MALDONADO
Judit Maldonado is a creative based in Barcelona, and the founder of Maldonado Studio. Her studies in Graphic Design at the Design School Eina and a Master’s Degree in Branding at Elisava, both universities located in Barcelona, are the foundation of her current work.
Since she was little, she has never stopped doing two things, which define her work and soul: drawing for pleasure and a constant personal search based on the meaningfulness of things.
With over 9 years of experience, she is a designer specialized in branding and art direction, working across industries such as pharmaceutical, medical, cosmetic, luxury, and wellness. Her expertise lies in crafting impactful and cohesive visual strategies, helping brands stand out in highly competitive markets.
Judit balances her personal artwork with commissioned projects for select brands and clients, blending creativity and strategic design. She has collaborated with notable clients like Único Hotels, Le Meridien Hotels, Raimat, Raventós i Blanc, Swarovski, Nueva Estética Magazine and others.
